Brussels Sprouts Pan Roasted with Bacon
Ingredients
- Lardons
- Brussels Sprouts
Method
- Trim base of sprouts, remove outer leaves, and halve
- Cook the lardons until crispy, then remove from pan
- Melt some butter into the pan
- Add sprouts and fry until golden brown (8-10 minutes)
- Season with salt and pepper, add back the lardons
- Serve immediately
