Ingredients

  • Lardons
  • Brussels Sprouts

Method

  • Trim base of sprouts, remove outer leaves, and halve
  • Cook the lardons until crispy, then remove from pan
  • Melt some butter into the pan
  • Add sprouts and fry until golden brown (8-10 minutes)
  • Season with salt and pepper, add back the lardons
  • Serve immediately
