Sesame Green Beans
Ingredients
- 200g green/fine beans
- sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Servings
2 as a side dish
Method
- Start lightly toasting sesame seeds in oil
- As they’re starting to brown, add beans, stir to coat with oil
- Fry for around 10 minutes, ensuring beans are bright green with browned spots
- Remove from heat, stir in soy sauce, let sit for some minutes
