Ingredients

  • 200g green/fine beans
  • sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

2 as a side dish

Method

  1. Start lightly toasting sesame seeds in oil
  2. As they’re starting to brown, add beans, stir to coat with oil
  3. Fry for around 10 minutes, ensuring beans are bright green with browned spots
  4. Remove from heat, stir in soy sauce, let sit for some minutes
